As I took the picture of the interesting rock formation, I couldn't quite remember why The Gloup rang a bell with me. It wasn't until later that evening, while paging through “King Hereafter” that I realized this was the spot where Thorfinn suffered the climbing accident that crippled his arm. I wish I could return, with a better camera this time.
